Whether your kids are in denial, or eagerly looking forward to it, the first day of school is just around the corner. To help you with your preparations, here are a few places you can go for information:
- Transportation: The District has published its planned bus routes and schedules for 2009 – 2010. There are a significant number of changes to schedules from last year, so please be sure to check this out. As a cost savings measure, there were no plans to send printed copies of the schedules to families, so on-line is the only place you’ll find the news. Bus schedules are not yet available (as of 8/12) for PAGE students or for transportation from home schools to QUEST Regional sites. We’ll let you know if we hear anything about when those schedules might be available.
- Transportation Update (8/18): The District Transportation department has sent home letters to each QUEST and PAGE family. The bus schedules for PAGE and QUEST Regional shuttles were sent home the week of 8/17, and electronic copies are available here. ABC has not seen the letters, so we’re not sure what they say, but there is news on the way.
- Supply Lists: There are supply lists available for all 3rd/4th and 5th/6th QUEST Regional classes available from the QUEST website. The list of suggested supplies may differ from past years, so please be sure to check the lists.
