Welcome to the new ABC website! We hope that you like our new look and feel.
The first thing I’m sure you’ve noticed is that things look a lot different. That’s absolutely true, but the changes we’ve made are more than just cosmetic. We’ve added a new events calendar to help keep you up to date with the latest QUEST events. We’ll be launching an on-line forum very soon to give parents a chance to interact and share information useful to other families of highly capable students. Our new site will be easier to update and maintain, and we hope that it is also easier to navigate. If you can’t find something, we’ve added a search feature.
Our new hosting has been provided to us free of charge through a grant, allowing us to direct the money we’d spent hosting our old site into QUEST classrooms instead. We’re also better for the environment! Our hosting company purchases renewable energy credits equal to 130% of the power required to operate and cool their servers — meaning that not only do they run on alternative energy sources like wind, but they put additional green power back into the grid for everyone.
We’ll be adding more features as we settle in to our new home. I’ll be continuing to transfer information from our old site to the new one over the next few days.
